Grease and flour pans.
In a large bowl, mix at low speed first 10 ingredients for 2 minutes.
Stir in apples, raisins and nuts.
Mix well.
Pour into pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes. Frost with 2 cups whipped cream or serve plain.
