Apple Pudding Cake
Apple Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 egg or substitute, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 c. milk and 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Peel apples in thin wedge slices.
Grease small pie dish well and flour.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour in pan.
Arrange apple wedges around the top (slightly overlap).
Fill in center.
Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon; sprinkle over top.
Dot generously with margarine or butter.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Peaches can be substituted for apples.
