Apple Pudding Cake
Apple Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream together margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and beat.
Add flour, cinnamon and vanilla; stir.
Add apples, raisins and nuts. Fold these in until mixed well.
This makes a thick stiff batter and will need to be spooned evenly into a well-greased and floured pan.
I use a Bundt or angel food pan.
It fits nicely into a medium loaf pan also.
Bake in moderate oven (350Β°) until lightly brown.
