Line 9 or 10-inch pie pan with crust. Add apples and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add sugar, butter, spice, salt and cornstarch. Put top crust on and seal edges. Slash top crust. Bake in 425Β° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Crust should be brown.
