Apple Pan Walnut Cake
Apple Pan Walnut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can apple pie filling, 2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. soda and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Spread pie filling in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Combine flour, sugar, soda and salt.
Sprinkle over pie filling.
In mixing bowl, combine eggs, vanilla, oil and 1/2 cup nuts.
Mix well.
Pour over ingredients in pan.
Stir only until blended.
Smooth batter evenly in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes, until cake springs back when lightly touched in center.
Prick warm cake with fork.
