Apple Oatmeal Bars
Apple Oatmeal Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 1/2 c. oatmeal (quick oats), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sift flour, salt and soda.
Add brown sugar and oats.
Work in butter.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan and spread mix on the bottom of pan.
Put the apples on and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mix. Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve warm with cream or ice cream or cut and serve like brownies.
