Apple Nut Torte
Apple Nut Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1/2 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. baking powder and 3/4 c. sugar (add a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grease a 9-inch pie pan or square pan.
Preheat oven to 325Β°. Beat egg; sift dry ingredients into bowl, then add beaten egg, vanilla, apples and nuts.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into wedges and serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Needs no liquid or shortening.
A small dessert, nice for two.
