Apple Nut Muffins
Apple Nut Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 2/3 c. apple juice or milk, 1/2 c. oil, 2 c. flour and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Grease or line 12 muffin cups.
In a bowl, beat egg with juice, oil and vanilla.
Stir in flour, sugars, baking powder and salt just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy).
