Apple Nut Cake

Measure dry ingredients and sift together in a large bowl. Add oil, apples and vanilla.
Beat by hand until well blended. Beat eggs and add sugar gradually.
Fold egg mixture into apple mixture and blend.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into a greased 10-inch Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serve plain or top with Cool Whip or whipping cream.
