Apple Nut Cake
Apple Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. oil, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. sliced, peeled raw apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix first 4 ingredients together (do not use beater), then add apples and pecans and mix well.
Then add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Batter will be stiff.
Grease and flour 9 x 12-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
