Apple Loaf
Apple Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. diced, peeled apples, 1 c. broken nuts, 2 c. sugar, 3 c. flour and 2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a medium bowl, stir apples, nuts and sugar together.
Let stand 1 hour, stirring often so mixture will make its own juice. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, soda and spices.
Add apple mixture.
Stir well.
Mix in margarine and vanilla.
Mix in eggs. Pour into 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to finish cooling.
