Apple Jelly
Apple Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. apple juice, 2 tbsp. strained lemon juice (if desired) and 3 c. domino granulated sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Add apple juice and sugar and stir well.
Boil over high heat above the boiling point of water or until jelly mixture sheets from a spoon.
Remove from heat.
Skim off foam quickly.
Pour jelly immediately into hot, sterilized glasses and seal with paraffin.
Makes 4 or 5 glasses.
