Apple Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. applesauce, 1 tsp. grated lemon rind, 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg, 2 egg whites and 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Pour applesauce into a bowl and add rind and nutmeg.
Beat egg whites until frothy with cream of tartar.
Slowly add brown sugar and beat until whites peak.
Add 1/3 egg whites to applesauce, folding in slowly, then fold in remainder.
