Apple Enchiladas
Apple Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling, 12 (8 inch) flour tortillas, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 2/3 c. butter or oleo and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix cinnamon with apple pie filling after mashing pie filling with a potato masher.
Spoon pie filling evenly down centers of tortillas.
Roll up and place seam down in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bring butter, sugar, and water to a boil and boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour over enchiladas and let stand for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
