Apple Enchiladas
Apple Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling, 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/3 c. butter and 1/2 c. granulated sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Spoon filling evenly down center of each tortilla; sprinkle evenly with cinnamon.
Roll up and place, seam side down, in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Bring butter, sugars and apple juice to a boil in saucepan.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Pour over enchiladas.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
