Apple Dumplings
Apple Dumplings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 apples, peeled and quartered, 1 can crescent rolls, 1 stick margarine, 1 c. sugar and 1 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350.
In a pot, melt margarine, sugar, and orange juice until fully dissolved.
Separate each crescent roll and press out with hand. Put one apple quarter into each roll and seal.
Place in casserole dish.
Pour sugar mixture over dumplings.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
Bake until apples are tender and dumplings are brown.
