Apple Dapple Cake
Apple Dapple Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 1/4 c. oil, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2 c. sugar and 2 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a small bowl, beat the eggs.
Add oil, vanilla and sugar. Sift flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon and nutmeg into mixture.
Mix the 1/4 cup flour with apples, nuts and coconut. Then fold into mixture.
Batter will be very thick.
Spoon into greased 9-inch tube pan or Bundt pan and bake at 350Β° for approximately 70 minutes.
