Apple Crunch Salad
Apple Crunch Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 2 c. boiling water, 1 1/2 c. cold water or apple juice, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and 1 c. diced, peeled apple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water and cinnamon and chill until thickened.
Fold in apple, celery and nuts.
Spoon into 6-cup mold or bowl.
Chill until firm, about four hours.
