Apple Crunch Pie
Apple Crunch Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with pie crust, 5 or 6 large red apples, 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Set oven to 400Β°.
Peel apples and dice.
In a bowl, mix apples, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Put in pie crust.
In another bowl, mix 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup flour and 1/3 stick margarine.
This will be crumbly.
Pour mixture on top of apples, then sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cinnamon over top.
Cook about 45 minutes.
