Apple Crunch Pie
Apple Crunch Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell, 1 (21 oz.) can thank you brand apple filling or topping, 1/2 c. cold margarine or butter, 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place rack in lowest position in oven.
Preheat oven to 425°. Spoon apple filling into pastry shell.
Bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt 1/4 cup margarine.
Beat in sweetened milk, eggs, flavoring, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Pour over apples.
Combine sugar and flour; cut in remaining 1/4 cup margarine until crumbly.
Stir in granola.
Sprinkle over pie.
Reduce heat to 350°.
Bake 30 minutes or until set in center.
