Apple Crunch Cake

Cook apples until tender.
Mix flour, oats, brown sugar and baking powder with melted butter.
Cut together as for pastry. Spread half of crumbs in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread with dried apples and sugar and cinnamon mixture that has been heated until sugar dissolves.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Cut into squares.
