Apple Crunch
Apple Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 apples, sliced thin, 1/2 c. sugar, cinnamon to taste, small amount water and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pour 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and water over apples.
Mix and sift flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add unbeaten egg and work into mixture until it becomes like bread crumbs.
Cover top with crumbs.
Melt 1/3 cup margarine and pour over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes in 8 x 10 x 2-inch dish.
