Mix oatmeal, sugar and flour.
Soften margarine; knead into the dry ingredients.
Add water if needed to mix.
Mixture should be thick; will not crunch if mixture is soupy.
Put this on top of cooked apples or applesauce.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Cook at 300Β° for about 45 minutes, or until it is crunchy.
