Apple Crunch
Apple Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 c. sliced apples (6 to 8 medium apples), 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2/3 c. enriched flour, 2 c. quick or old fashioned uncooked roll oats and 1 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place apples in greased, shallow baking dish (2-quart casserole).
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine dry ingredients, add melted butter, mixing until crumbly.
Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of apples.
Bake in a moderate oven at 375Β° for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
