Mix apples and brown sugar in baking pan and set aside.
Mix flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. Beat egg and mix with flour mixture. Spread over apples and pour butter on top. Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
