Apple Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. bag jonathan apples, 1/2 c. sugar, cinnamon to taste, 1 c. flour and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Slice apples into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and margarine.
When mixed, add egg.
Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
Serve warm, not hot, with Cool Whip or ice cream.
