Apple Crumble

Peel, core and slice apples.
Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 ounce of flour in a bowl.
Combine lemon juice and apples.
Mix with sugar mixture.
Put in a baking dish.
Mix butter, remaining flour and cinnamon.
Add remaining 1/2 cup of sugar.
Sprinkle mixture over apples and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until top is golden.
