Apple Crumb Pie
Apple Crumb Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large cooking apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced, 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1 c. sugar, divided and 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Arrange apple slices evenly in pastry shell.
Combine cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar.
Stir well, and sprinkle mixture over apples. Combine flour and remaining sugar, stir well.
Cut margarine into flour mixture with a pastry blender (I use my fingers, works well) until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 400Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
Yields one 9-inch pie.
