Apple Crisp Pudding
Apple Crisp Pudding is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 large tart apples, peeled, cored and sliced, 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts and 1 c. light brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix the crumbs, flour, nuts and sugars together.
Season with orange rind, salt and spices.
Moisten with butter.
Cover the bottom of a lightly buttered 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with a layer of apples.
Scatter some of crumb mixture over the top and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Repeat, ending with crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes and serve warm with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
