Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 apples, peeled, cored and quartered, 6 oz. frozen apple juice concentrate, defrosted, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 1/2 c. vanilla granola (recipe follows), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Spray saucepan with Pam.
Add apples, apple juice, sugar and cinnamon.
Saute until apples are tender and juice caramelized, about 15 minutes.
Spray Pam on a 6 x 8-inch baking dish.
Place apples in pan and reserve juice.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cover apples with granola and pour over reserved juice.
Dot with butter.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla frozen yogurt.
