Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sliced, tart apples (about 4 medium), 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. oats and 3/4 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 375Β° and grease square pan.
Peel apples; cover them and cut into quarters.
Slice and put into square pan. Measure brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg in small mixing bowl.
Using pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly.
Do not overmix! Sprinkle over apples.
Bake until apples are tender, about 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
