Peel, core and slice apples.
Place half the slices in a 9-inch square pan.
Sprinkle with half the lemon juice.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle half over apples,
Repeat layers, ending with sugar flour mixture.
Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
Increase temperature to 400° and bake 10 minutes.
