Apple Crisp

Grease an 8-inch square pan.
Core, peel and slice the apples into thin chunks into the pan.
Mix together in a separate bowl the flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Pour this evenly over the apple mixture.
Cut the butter into pieces over the pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
This is especially tasty if it is served warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
