Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats, 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt.
Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
(Should be size of coarse crumbs.)
Place apples in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle flour mixture over apples.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350Β°.
Serve warm with ice cream, light cream or whipped cream.
