Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 medium apples, sliced thick, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. brown sugar and 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place peeled, sliced apples in a 2-quart or 11 x 7-inch casserole dish.
Blend together with a pastry blender until crumbly the butter, brown sugar and margarine.
Sprinkle over the apple slices.
If apples are dry, add water before you put on the sugar mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375Β° about 35 to 45 minutes.
Test apples for doneness at 35 minutes.
May be served with lemon sauce, whipped cream or ice cream.
