Place apples in square dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inches.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix remaining ingredients with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
Microwave, uncovered, on High for 7 to 10 minutes or until apples are tender.
Let stand, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Serve warm and with half and half or ice cream, if desired.
