Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 2/3 c. dry milk (dry form), 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix in a bowl the flour, dry milk, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and the nutmeg.
Mix dry ingredients and butter with a fork until crumbly.
Put into a greased baking dish the sliced apples, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of apples.
Bake near center of oven for 45 minutes, or until apples are tender (oven temperature at 325° to 350°).
