Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with vegetable spray, 1 1/2 lb. apples (5 medium size), 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and 2/3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Spray 2-quart casserole dish with vegetable spray.
Slice unpeeled apples.
Arrange apple slices in bottom of dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and cinnamon.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar and oatmeal.
Cut in the margarine with a fork until the mixture is crumbly.
Spread over the fruit.
Bake 40 minutes or until the apples are tender.
