Prepare apples at least 2 hours before baking.
Lay prepared drained apples in pie dish.
Combine first 3 ingredients in separate bowl; add beaten egg to form crumbs (if it doesn't crumb add another egg).
Top apples with crumbs and drizzle butter on top.
Bake 40 minutes at 350Β°.
