Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 baking apples, peeled and sliced, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 egg, unbeaten, cinnamon and 1/2 to 3/4 sugar for apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place peeled and sliced apples in greased 9 x 9-inch square or 9-inch round baking dish.
Sprinkle with 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar, depending on tartness of apples.
Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add egg and mix with fork until crumbly.
Pour on top of apples.
Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
