Apple Crisp

In a bowl mix flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Press 1/2 into a greased 2 1/2-quart pan. Cover with apples.
In saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla.
Cook and stir until thick and clear.
Pour over apples.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
