Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 c. apples, 1 c. sifted flour, 1/2 to 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Slice and peel apples and place in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with mixture of flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and unbeaten egg (which has been mixed with fork until crumbly).
Next pour melted butter all over top of mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes in preheated oven at 350° or until apples are soft (great with milk or ice cream).
