Preheat oven to 375Β°. Grease baking pan.
Slice apples thin and put in pan with water.
In a bowl, mix flour, oats, sugar and cinnamon.
Melt margarine and pour over dry ingredients.
Stir until it crumbles and sprinkle over apples.
Bake 45 minutes.
