Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 3/4 c. rolled oats, 1 c. packed brown sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a mixing bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Press 1/2 into a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Cover with apples.
In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla.
Cook and stir until thick and clear.
Pour over apples.
Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for about 50 minutes or until the apples are tender.
Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
