Apple Crisp

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Peel and slice 4 cups of apples.
Place in a baking pan.
Sprinkle with water, cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Blend together sugar, flour and melted butter or margarine, then spread over the top. Bake, uncovered, approximately 40 minutes.
Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
