Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with cooking apples, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 c. brown sugar and 1 c. quick cooking oats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Fill a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish 1/2 to 3/4 full with cooking apples.
Mix 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
Mix brown sugar, cooking oats, flour and melted margarine in amounts stated, then press and place over apple mixture.
Bake in a 350Β° oven until brown.
If desired, can serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
