Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. apples, peeled and sliced, 1/3 c. orange juice, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. flour and 3/4 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place apples in buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle with orange juice.
Combine sugar, flour, spices and salt.
Cut in butter with 2 knives or a pastry blender to form crumbs.
(Batter will be quite stiff, makes nice large firm crumbs).
Put crumbs over apples.
Bake at 375Β° approximately 45 minutes.
