Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 or 6 sliced apples (tart and firm), 1 c. flour, sifted, 1/2 to 1 c. sugar (depends on tartness of apples), 1 tsp. baking powder and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place apples in greased 6 x 10-inch baking dish.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and egg with fork until well mixed and crumbly.
Place this mixture over top of sliced apples.
Pour over all the melted butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
The secret to this recipe is the egg in the crumb mixture.
Be sure it's well mixed.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
