Set oven to 350Β°. Peel, core and slice 12 to 15 apples in a 9 x 13 cake pan. Use good cooking apple (Jonathan, Ida Red or Yellow Delicious).
Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of white sugar and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon. Add 1/3 cup flour.
