Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 tart cooking apples, cinnamon, nutmeg to taste, 1/3 c. granulated sugar and 1 c. quick rolled oats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Peel apples and slice into a deep baking dish. Sprinkle with spices (if desired) and granulated sugar.
Blend together the oats, flour, brown sugar, cornflake crumbs and oil.
Press this mixture on top of the apple slices. Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are tender when tested with a fork.
Yields 6 servings.
